High Performance Trainer
Shelly Eichas is what we call a One-Stop-Shop. Armed with the knowledge and experience of both a Personal Trainer and a Registered Dietitian, she comes ready to help you take your training to the next level.
Always having been an athlete, Shelly first took her passion to SUNY Cortland to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. But she didn’t stop there. Shelly then took her education a giant step further to combine her love for training with a second Bachelor’s and a Masters in Dietetics. Combining personal training with nutrition science has been a game-changer for Shelly and her clients.
For the last 7 years, Shelly has lived and worked for herself in Manhattan and has personally created and tailored both training and nutrition programs for hundreds of regular, everyday people who have changed their lives because of it but her passion is working in the high performance realm. The individualized programing for developing athletes is highly nuanced and allows athletes to work smarter and more efficiently to reach their highest potential.
